Paul Yevilov of K-9 City - Animal Abuse Beast rip off
I have personally witnessed this man abuse dogs in the most inhumane way in order to train them. I witnessed him slap, kick and HANG dogs by the leash till the dogs were on the verge of death.
I witnessed him slap a little cocker spaniel in the face for not wanting to "sit" when he told it to - among others, he took a doberman by the leash and HUNG HIM with all four legs off the ground till the dog defacated from choking...many more I personally witnessed with my own eyes.
This man should be put in jail. Stay Away - do not bring your dog to Paul Yevilov no matter how friendly he looks on the outside - he is a beast worst than the animals he is supposed to train.

Im not sure what this person is complaining about. Paul is one of the most knowledgable people in the industry. Police k9 handlers go to Paul when they have behavioral issues with their working k9 partner. That should be enough testimony in and of itself. I am a retired Law Enforcement Officer with 17 years of k-9 training and Paul is my " go to" for k-9 behavioral issues. I have kenneled my dogs with him for extended periods of time and will continue to do so until he or I are no longer working!!!! As a side note, my unneutered male shepherd does not like anyone but my 3 yr old grandaughter and myself. But he LOVES Paul!!!!

After leaving my dog in the care of Paul and vetting him myself, I have a very hard time believing much of what was reported here. Paul took my dog in an emergency situation, last minute when literally NOBODY else was willing to board her because of her high anxiety. I watched my dog with him (my dog is INCREDIBLY sensitive to people) and she warmed up to him almost immediately. When I picked her up, she was happy and very comfortable with him. This would absolutely NOT have been the case if he was abusive to her. Paul is a self-proclaimed firm and tough trainer. That’s because he takes and trains dogs that nobody else can or will. My dog was no exception and I feel absolutely positive that he was nothing but loving and sensitive to my dogs needs while she was in his care.

Sorry, I don't know what you saw or made up. He has taken my friends vicious dog and turned the dog into a sweetheart.
He trained us in how to train our own dog. W have the kindesr smartest dog I have ever had.
Charley is number 7 in my life and the best, because of Paul.
Paul is smart, understands the psychology of the dog. He understands human psychology as well.
You will learn what you want from your pet and the pet will know what to expect.
We, that is me my wife and 3 neighbors all have well behaved best friend because of him.
Cesar move over, you haven't me Paul.
Again, one of the smartest trainers around.
