 starts off with me receiving a post card stating items returned to us were received after the return period expired or was a final sale items and are not eligible for refund.  Therefore as noted in our return policy, these items have been donated to charity in your behalf. We suggest that you consult a tax advisor for your individual taxes. Cost of wig $59

I called tyhe office and got a nit wit that said I am sorry we cannot help you. I said you are going help me because you made the error, and sent the wrong one. I have been buying for over 35 years. Why do I have to donate, when I myself is on SSI? She said I will see if we can listen to the tax recording and get back with you. Well after a week, I got busy contacting them, online on Facebook. I said it seems that anytime there is negative you people do not want to answer a question.

Then here we go she said ty for contacting us, we did see that the wrong wig was sent and so we will credit you $40.99 and you will pay $19.00 FOR A RESTOCK Charge. Needless to say, I went nuts. How can you charge me for something you told me you gave to charity, you collect on both ends, that is double dipping. She wrote back and said no we are not doing that and I was lucky to even get a credit
