Paula Capulong, through her company - Click-Solutions, LLC - sold me and my business partner 100 Microsoft Office Professional 2003 discs which she stated were OEM with COA codes and factory sealed. This was a lie. We received 100 counterfeit discs and when we requested a refund, Paula would not return our calls, nor our emails until we had threatened her with a lawsuit.

She is not a legitimate business person. Do not do business with her or her company - Click Solutions, LLC.

Paula is now is now not giving us a refund and is even being so irresponsible as to say that it's not really her fault because she drop-shipped it from her Chinese supplier. Paula had no business ethics throughout this whole transaction.

Proof they were counterfeit

#3Author of original report

I am the one who posted this complaint originally.

The discs were 100% counterfeit. As normal Microsoft Office discs are supposed to have the COA code in a silver lining which is actually set above the sticker on the back which you can feel, this was only a blurred color photocopy on the 100 discs we received.

Further proof is that on OEM MS Office discs, the CD is a hologram on the front which is actually part of the plastic and to try to get rid of the hologram is to, in effect, get rid of the whole CD. Our discs had holographic stickers on the front, of which I could peel off.

I am appalled that a company such as Click Solutions, LLC, who say they test ALL their products, could not see such a glaring mistake. I had these products for 10 days before I found out they were counterfeit. Yes, they work. No, they are not real.

If Paula Capulong and Click Solutions, LLC were selling these for the purported 6 months prior to selling to us without seeing that the holograms were stickers and the COAs were photocopied, then these are very ignorant business people, indeed. To top it off, it is criminal, actionable with monstrous lawsuits and fines. What Paula Capulong and her company did was put my business partner and I in a very precarious situation in which we had to destroy the bulk of our purchase and take a loss of thousands of dollars without getting a single dollar back from Paula Capulong or Click Solutions, LLC.

When a company swears to OEM and COAs, then sells those, they are responsible for the customers. I was a customer. I did not get a refund. And from what Paula has told me in our brief conversations, she has lost 10's of thousands of dollars worth of business from our exposure of her un-ethical business conduct. If she was truly in the right, these ills would not beset her.

Illegitimate

#3UPDATE Employee

This is not the CEO but an employee of the company. I know Paula very well, she is not a scammer. Our company has been victim of scammers many times and would not think to do the same back to anyone else. I was not sent by my CEO, I am writing this on my own will to fill in the blanks on the missing information the poster failed to provide.

The details of the products sold were described in detail and we did not conceal any information. The bulk sale was sold only after being tested personally from our supplier and was successfully installed and working on our computer. We do not sell products that we have not tested personally.

OEM is a software usually not sold without a hard drive due to the nature of it, but in bulk it is sold to distributors who are redistributing including hard drives. OEM's can only be used once and will become useless thereafter. Buyers are responsible for what they sell and use at their own caution. If anything, the buyers were looking to get a refund because they received a product without proper understanding of its nature. They were not counterfeit products and had been tested on our systems with success. If the supplier had duped us and sent us, after we tested our sample, 100 counterfeit, certainly it is our responsibility to confront that; however, seeing as the products were identical to our sample, it is doubtful that they were not legitimate and the buyers were simply not expecting a one-time use disc or could not sell OEM products according to their own disadvantages and demanded a refund because of their personal dissatisfaction.

The lack of response to E-mails and calls was, I admit, wrong; however, the harassment over demanding a refund was uncalled for because the products were sold with what we thought was a complete and competent understanding with the buyer of what the softwares do and its limitations. We always double check with our customers to see if they have a complete understanding. We do not sell to those who do not know what they are buying. Feel free to contact our other buyers, they are 100% satisfied whether they kept the product or not. We always refund our customers, even if they got themselves into something they did not understand, when it is reasonable. This case was not reasonable. We made sure the buyer stated they understood what the product is before selling.

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, but bashing on this company without properly enclosing full details (not just one-sided) is certainly distasteful. One complaint is not something to stress over, but when it comes down to a dishonest complaint, I would like to display the full story before anybody makes any judgements.

Feel free to reply with insults, or more horribly unprofessional complaints, but I just wanted to display the full details of the other side of the story before anyone gets the wrong ideas about this company just because one of our buyers had a misunderstanding. We won't be responding to any illegitimate claims from this one on; these are the facts, your judgements are solely yours to determine and keep. I am not saying you're entirely wrong, I just believe if business should be done correctly, it should be done correctly on both sides, not just on the seller's end.
