Complaint Review: Paula Young wigs

Paula Young wigs Ordered A WIG, RECEIVED IT, HAVE YET TO HAVE MY cREDIT cARD CREDITED. i CAN NOT ORDER ANOTHER WIG UNTIL THEY RECIEVE THE ONE i SENT BACK. sCAM & CALLED AND THEY STILL WILL NOT ACCEPT A NEW ORDER!!! nOT SURE Nationwide

I ordered a wig from Paula Young, received it, it was the wrong color.  I never took it out of the wrapper or box, sent it back the next day!  Have the Tracking number, my card has not been credited.

I tried to order another wig and they would not allow me too!  Declined my card and said that I would have to wait until they received the other wig back.

Very poor customer service.  I paid for the item, returned the wrong item, still waiting for my credit card to be credited.

Would not recommend them to ANYONE!!

I called and the wig returned will be received back to them tomorrow 5/3/2017.  If my credit card is not credited immediately I will be filing another claiim!
