Paula Young Wigs returned wigs; they acknowledged return; waiting over 3 weeks still no refund West Bridgewater Massachusetts

Ordered 3 wigs and returned two of them for a refund.

They acknowledged that they received the return, and said ti could take up to three weeks for a refund.

It is OVER THREE WEEKS and still no refund.  And, they don't seem to care about their horrible Customer Service (or lack of it).  Had ordered from them in the past, but this was the first time I had a return.  They gear their advertising toward seniors who are having hair loss problems.  And this is NO WAY to treat seniors.
