i had a bad experience at the Doubletree Hilton hotel based in Livermore, CA.

the hotel room was dirty!! dirty floor, and there were actual stains on the sheets! When I went down to complain, I received no help and actually overheard an employee named Paulina become frustrated and heard her use the 'n' word right in front of customers. Of course this really upset me, especially since I was already upset! I told her that I needed to speak with the manager, and the woman whose name is Paulina Tapia, she told me that she was the manager and there was nothing I could do! I was able to switch rooms, the room I switched to was cleaner but still smelled like nasty mold.

after my stay I called corporate to complain, but my complaint was directed back to the Livermore Doubletree to another manager named David Wang. When I spoke to him he told me that I was wrong and that nothing had happened and I heard wrong and there were no derogatory words used and that also there is no mold issue at the hotel. He was very rude and in the end, I received absolutely horrible service!!!

i am writing this to warn others to please beware of the conditions of the rooms and the customer service! If the managers behave this badly then it is scary to know they handle sensitve information such as credit cards! 

please report this hotel to the health department!
