On 6/8/05 I ordered two Paulownia Trees from Paulownia Supply. I was charged $52.64 given a ID # 821****. I am still waiting for delivery. Numerous e-mails to Paulwinia Supply are never answered even using different e-mail address's given..I have placed two 'Toll calls' to company to check on orderPress 1 for sales or press 2 to check order... Pressing two sends you back to the same call you dialed! So you press 1 sales and you speak with a live person... they place you on hold and ask for your name address and telephone # and tell you someone will get back to me...It never happens. I have written BBB Charlotte, NC and have been assigned a case #... Yes it is the money I sent in good faith.. but more than this it is common courtesy and respect. I am really getting discouraged..Even a recent pool installed by Blue Haven pools have been a disappointment... It really does seem they are right there to take the money..but are hard to reach after! How does one find an honest bussiness besides doing much homework first?.. God I wish I had a bussiness I would bend over backwards to make it successful. Thanks for letting me vent.
