First of all, their letter did not disclose the name of sponger for this fund, so I immediately became suspicious about this letter.

Second, the choice of the Enclosed Processing Fee: it said “ Check, Money Order, or CASH. “ I have never heard a legitimate company requests consumers to enclose cash for their payment especially; through mail. Besides, I guess a processing fee should be paid by the sponsor unless it is not a ghost.  Or if we have to pay, it is normally happened when we receive fund, I suppose.

Thirds, if I won $1.5Million dollars, this letter must have been delivered by the certified mail or FEDEX/UPS, I believe. It came through a regular mail which can be a big chance to be lost.

Forth, I have started enrolling many sweepsakes held by a very well-known sweepstake company (always advertising a winner on TV, company X) since 3 months ago and this happened.  I do not normally pass out my official name to the third party though; I had to use it for the sweep stakes. The letter showed my official name even without any typo.  I wondered if all people who received this letter and been posting here have also enrolled the same programs which I had with the company X or not.  If all of us did to this comapny X, most likely our information have been leaked or sold out to these scam bags. In this world, no company give us free money, they can sell our name/interest/address to anybody as high as $1,000/lead.

Finally, I thank to this site since people can realize that this is not the legitimate offer if they receive the same type of letters from Paulson.

If someone who does not believe this and still want to paticipate this, I have a suggestion for you. Do not even think to enclose your check since you are confirming all your personal data for them. Your real name/address and bank account are exposed to indecent parties.   If you still want to try,you had better get a money order check from Walmart or any third party place to enclose.

What most individuals fail to realize is three very important factors which need to happen whenever you win a "Jackpot Amout" of this magnitude.

#1, The Package you receive will  come by 2 means of delivery
       A. Certified Registered Mail, Signed ID Certified Receipt required
This means that a Carrier Service Representative from one of the
following: DHL, Fed Ex, or the US Postal Service, will come to
your door, ask for the individual and then ask the individual for
ID as proof of whom they are surrendering the Documents to. The
intended individual will then sign either an "Electronic Borad" or
           "Hard Copy" Receipt" .
       B. A second copy will come by regular mail with a "Cover Page" that
will state the following: It will tell you about your winnings and
also that you will be receiving a "Certified Copy" from one of the
above named Carriers, by a prescribed date, which will include a
tracking number for you to be able to track its location. Tthe letter
will also inform you of the one requirement which is "You must be
present to sign for" and that "One or two forms of ID will be required
as proof of Identity". If it is a Specific Carrier Company assigned to
deliver the package to you, they my be required to return within a
certain time frame to retrieve your signed documents and give you a
"Hard Copy Receipt" showing the date and time they picked it up
along with a "Tracking Number" for your safety and Security. One
important note: A specified carrier will also give you a pre- labeled
Envelope to use. H/she will seal this envelope with you present that
you must acknowledge witnessing the "Sealing of the Envelope".

#2. Documents with a MonetaryValue of this magnitude, Never Ever come in the format that
these bozoes actually expect people to believe as a legitimate document. They will more
likely resemble "The Signing of Mortgage Papers."
       A. You will have to sign Identification Documents
       B. You will have to provide your Social Security Number
[Note: This is for Tax Purposes Only]

       C. You will have to sign Tax Forms
       D. Publicity Release Forms. ETC. ETC

#3. More likely, "Winning Amounts of this magnitude would be presented to you by the
Sponsor(s) responsible for the Winning Lottery or Independent Contest. They will take
charge of and handle all the necessary Verifications and Validations to insure that they
are in fact awarding the Winnings to the proper Winner.

In closing: DON'T GET SUCKERED IN BY THESE SCAM ARTISTS OR YOU'LL
BE SORRY. IT'S A VISCIOUS CYCLE WITH THESE PREDATORS
