I contracted with William Albergo's company--Pavement Restoration company to do some brick repair work on my backyard patio. We agreed on a price and I gave him a deposit of $1,000 (1/3 of the project cost). After repeated phone calls, he did not ever perform any of the work we had agreed to and I asked him to refund my deposit. He never returned my deposit and my repeated phone calls go unanswered.
