July 9 2011 I googled for WiFi Antennas and ended up at http://www.pavillionescape.com/products/DIGITAL-YACHT-WL50-WIFI-SYSTEM.html.  I placed my order in accordance with the sites navigation directions.  I received an E-mail confirmation notice from Freddy Dunn, outletpavillion@gmail.com:

I was sent another E-mail, 09-Jul-2011 12:07 PM, thanking me for the order.  Then another E-mail,  09-Jul-2011 12:07 PM, thanking me for registering and provided me with a password. On 31 Jul 2011 I sent a reply to the last E-mail requesting shipping status. On 1 Aug 2011, 1:45 PM CDT (10:45 PCT) I called 1-310-347-9148 which went directly to an answering service.  Left message.  Today I googled Pavillion Escape and found this Rip-off Report.  I immediately notified my credit card provider.
