The woman who owns the store (Josephine) took my shoes for over three months. I finally got them back after threatening to take her to court (I showed up at her store with the filing paperwork in hand and I was not bluffing.)

- At month one, she said my shoes were ready but she left them at home (why did she take my shoes home?).
- She said she would send them to me via UPS. They never arrived so I called her. She said she used the wrong zip code and they were returned to the wrong store.
- She then said she would send them the next morning - SHE PROMISED! I asked her to text me the tracking number. She didn't.
- I called her. She said UPS didn't come so she would drive them to UPS herself and then text me the tracking number. She didn't.
- She stopped answering my calls to her cell phone and stopped responding to my text messages. Radio silence.
- I went to her store on a Saturday. She was closed even though it was during her posted business hours. I looked in the back window. There were my shoes, sitting in a pile of other shoes about two feet high - NOT RESOLED. She had been lying to me for three months.
- I showed up at her store the next Wednesday in the middle of the day, showed her the lawsuit paperwork and she returned my shoes and my deposit.

She's a lying scammer. I cannot say enough about how terrible she is.
