pawnmart Company doesn't honor warranty, and employees lie/rude dalton, Georgia
I've bought two wii's from this store, the first one was great, the second one they refused to give me a numchuk because they're all out(it comes with that) which i let go. Then when i get home, the back of the controller has a charger pack instead of a normal cover, this is worth like $9.99, what i should have got is worth .15 cents. Also the cover of the wii is missing. He'd have actually made money by exchanging the back lol
Took it back a few days later, he's all out of remotes so can't exchange the back. Obviously at this point their response to anyone trying to get a fair deal is "i have none in stock" if you take something back watch them "have none in stock right now", even though i see one in the glass casing.
Also the lady with long hair that worked there is rude as hell, and acts like if you have a problem with it she'll call the police on you and make up some kind of ridiculous lie to get her way "WE DONT NEED TA KNOW ALL DAT" *rolls eyes*, she said this after asking me a question lol.
This is a shady pawn shop thank god i didn't buy any major thing from them or i'd be royally screwed, don't trust em, employee is mentally unstable as well, go to gamestop instead. Even when purchasing multiple things the people are heartless, and not legit at all, they're likely to blow you away or something lol.

Apparently you can't read, i didn't buy this in phoenix, i bought it in GA. Just like the pawn shop you type some random nonsense without even listening or reading a word. It's almost like you have a lie script in front of you where you just copy and paste.
I appreciate the fact that you tried to "bust my story" but you jumping to conclusions without even reading what state it's from makes this look even worse. Also note: the pictures, there's no possible way for me to notice the back of the remote was a battery pack and not a back. The pawn shop could have easily swapped it out, in fact it would have made them money like i said.
But they're so used to lying instead of using their brain or doing the right thing they chose to not honor a warranty even to spite themself.....I can prove this 10 different ways please try more.

My haters are being stupid again. If they would look at the author it isn't me. They don't want me to have a life so they drag me into other peoples problems. All they are concentrating on is trying to "RUIN" my life.

If you had bothered to inspect the items before you left the store, you would have discovered all of these things long before you got back to Phenix City, AL. It is not WalMart, it is a PAWN shop. They sell items that aren't redeemed. If you want retail quality, go to a retail store. If you want pre-owned pawn quality, you went to the right place.
