HORRIBLE< RUDE< I ordered two Belly Bands for my 8 lb dog. I asked the Vet to measure his waist and was told that it was 8". According to the website www.PawsToAdmire.com an extra small is for a dog with an 8-10" waist. The products came and they were too small. I tried to contact the company but they have no listed phone number. I contacted them via email and had many unpeasant and rude emails back. They refused to help. They do not accept returns or even exchanges. I asked if I could pay the difference and the shippng and handling for a larger size. They basically told me that I m stuck with a product that I can never use and that I am screwed out of my hard earned $20. They said that of the thousands of customers they have, no one has ever measured their dog incorrectly. In my opinion, Paws to Admire has HORRIBLE customer service. They do not try to help at all. I will never use this company and I hope that I have helped whomever reads this save their money!!

PAWS FOR ALL - Dishonest and Horrible

First of all, you are a liar. I have no reason to even waste my time except for the fact that I don't want people to throw away their hard earned money. You are far from honest. I would have happily paid the difference. Not that your company offered that. You and/or your company did not offer in any way to help. It was basially oh well, you measured your dog wrong, too bad, eat it. I have not ONCE complained about an internet purchase. This would be my first because I feel like I have been totally taken advantage of, screwed over and ripped off. So, if you want to call someone a liar maybe you should go over the transcripts and then look in the mirror. I am shocked and completely apalled by your fake rebuttal!!! Maybe if you took your time trying to sharpen your customer service skills instead of having defending yourself and your weak company, you would get repeat customers.

Paw for All is a SCAM a RIP OFF!!

Frt of all, I did not g specifically go the Vet to have my dog's waist measured. I just happened to be there and asked them as a courtesy because my dog is rambunctious and it requires more than one person to keep him still. Yes, great point. He measured 8" and I figured i would be safe toassume 10". If that is the case then, the size I ordered would have been correct. Paw for All stats that an extra small measures 8 - 10". Now what? Anything else smrt to say? The whole point was no even that they did not fit. Paws for All was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I do not mind paying the difference. Honestly I would have even re purchased them but, they were extremely rude and inconsiderate!!

The truth about this transaction.

#5REBUTTAL Owner of company

Thu, November 03, 2011

I am the owner of Paws To Admire and I'd like to set the record straight with the truth.  We are a very small company and our products are all custom made to order. We state that our dog diapers/belly bands are non-returnable and we do not offer exchanges.  For this reason, we encourage customers to be sure they are ordering the correct size, and show them a complete size chart so they can be sure they are ordering the correct size.

This customer was rude from the beginning.  She threatened to "blast us all over the internet" if she didn't get her way.  Even went on to tell us she was a well known person in Hollywood and was purchasing with her alias name, since she is so famous, and was going to tell everyone in Hollywood not to purchase from us.

We try to please our customers, but we do not condone threats and lies.  We are a small, honest, hard working company who makes all of our products by hand.  When a buyer does not measure their dogs correctly, we cannot be held responsible when they purchase a custom made item.

The customer is not being honest about what we said regarding us saying no one has ever measured their dogs incorrectly.   We never said that.  Of course people sometimes measure incorrectly, in fact, that's what happened in this case.  What we said was, "If our sizing chart was off, then these belly bands wouldn't have fit all of our other thousands of customers who have ordered this size for their dogs with an 8 inch waist."

This customer also never offered to pay the difference in price or shipping & handling as she stated above.  Another lie.

The bottom line is, if a dog is measured accurately, the bands will fit their dogs.  We have a large customer base and a large percentage of our customers are repeat customers, and for a reason.  We make quality products at affordable prices. The only thing we ask of our customers is to be sure they measure correctly.  And if you have a problem, be nice about it :) We will try our best to help you!

Do you own a tapemeasure

Why would you need your vet to measure around his waist?  Did they measure in proper place? What do you get when you measure your dog?

Also, if this band fits an 8 to 10 inch waist, one would figure it is at least 10 inches long.  So how long is it when you measure it?
