INJURED/NEGLECTED PETS PAWPERPOO.COM SANTA MONICA INJURED/NEGLECTED PETS. I have been a very good payer & very good tipper for quite a number of years now with this company.

JEFF OTTO knew that both my young golden retrievers had been sick lately but he still let them walk by themselves in a street full of young kids, playing & biking around, hence, resulting in INJURY of both my doggies. His being NEGLECTFUL is unacceptable.
