Complaint Review: paxton towing

Paxton towing,along with j harris towing of el cajon california were found guilty of towing illegally cars from apartment complexs and issuing illegal citations, that are never posted on the vehicles since they are illegal under the law.
 with a apartment management company called rv management of san diego california address is 3444 camino del rio north, and network parking solutions of 1306 petree st apt 486 of el cajon california, network parking soulutions owner j harris was actually thrown out of the court on february 2 2011 at the chula vista southbay court house  for bad mouthing  the judge after being warned several times, and as a witness paxton towings owner threaten the plaintiff in front of a california highway patrol officer.
The citations they issue are ALL ILLEGAL and all victims can sue them for 4 x times the charges,which the plaintiff won, also there will be criminal investigatiions of racteering due to these illegal citations which by actual california laws are illegal and prosecutable offenses,
so all persons being towed by these persons can sue them and win,
The additional fact before j harris was thrown out of court was that he said he never would tow a person that was vistiting or a resident that just moved in if they had a notice in the window, but this harris brought photos to the court with pictures of the car towed with the actual sign in the window, and he did not even realize it until afterwards, criminal prosecution for these citations should be done chiula vista police, where are you???
