Complaint Review: Pay per Closing Market maker House Jet

Stay away from this company. They claim to vett all incoming leads and give you quality leads. Total garbage. They run a campaign on Facebook.  They call lead and send a text. The phone maybe bad and they will note no answer.  Their is no screening leads.  I've wasted 9 months with them and I'm lucky if i get 4 leads per month. I rarley get any of the leads to respond. Mostly bad phone numbers and bad emails. When lead comes in you have no idea what city thier interesed in. Its a complete waste of time. Oh they offer a guarantee. Will see how that works out.  I have complained several times and nothing changes. Totally feel ripped off. Oh this month in August 2023 got one lead in early Aug, complained last week as were in the 4th week. 2 more leads came in. One not responding and the other said thier looking to rent a home.
