PAY-COMMS.COM Fraudulent credit card charges St Kitts, East Carribean Nicosia, Cyprus
Just as others have stated, this company is ripping people off by fraudulently charging their credit cards! My Capital One credit card has been charged four times now by this company that before this happened I had never heard of!

I contacted Capital One as soon as I noticed the first three charges and had them disputed and removed from my bill. However, now that I noticed a fourth charge I plan on cancelling this card because its not worth the headache of continually disputing the charges. I have never dealt with this company or the other adult company mentioned in other reports. Theses people are THIEVES!
