I applied for a loan on-line 8/29/07. Later in the day I recieved an e-mail telling me I needed to fax my last pay stub, I did later that day.

I never recieved an e-mail confirming or denying me of the loan. I called and got disconnected three times. On 8/31/07, my bank showed a different amount deposited than I applied for. I called and got hold of customer service (after about an hour). I told the support person I was not happy about not getting an e-mail or a call telling me what my status was, but I needed the money so I let it go. On Sept 4, they withdrew the same amount they deposited, causing my bank account to go haywire. I now have transactions bouncing and fees adding up to $500. I have contacted this company and told them what had happened. I told them I wanted to speak to a supervisor. I was on hold about 15 minutes and then got disconnected. I then recieved an e-mail stating they are going to redeposit the money. But that won't help what has already bounced. I have yet to speak with a supervisor and the customer service has disconnected me three times today after waiting on hold a total of three hours. Customer service refuses to assist me or transfer me correctly as I have told each of them my problem and am told they (customer service) cannot help me.
