First of all, i would like to thank RIPOFFREPORT, as with all the post, i have been able to fight for a refund that i am still waiting from my credit dard company.

From March 2007, i wasn't using my credit card anymore, maybe for small transactions, as i was trying to repay the full amount by the end of the year. Unfortunately, i wasn't wise enough to check my monthly statement from credit card company, as i knew that i wasn't using it, and my monthly repayment was so big that it would have covered any small transactions i might have done.
Unfortunately, that is when MEDIAVENTURES started its operations. It has been charging my credit card for "suscribing" to one of its site that i never heard about from August 2007.

In january, i decided to buy myself a book on amazon, and i was surprised that my card didn't have enough funds in it. I rang my credit card company to find out, and that's when i was shocked to hear that i didn't have enough funds due to all the money going on a monthly basis to MEDIAADVENTURES LTD and the overlimit charge charged by my credit card company. In other words, all my monthly payment was going to MEDIADVENTURES and the overlimit charge caused by it.

After arguing so much with my credit card company without any positive outcome, i went to serach on the internet, and i found some reports from consumers in this website. Therefore, i followed all the process of claiming my refund. I filled out a dispute form and attached a link of ripoffreport (http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/301/RipOff0301162.htm). And then my credit company asked me to contact MEDIADVENTURES. I called their billing company, as it was the only number appearing on their site. They agreed to refund me 2 months, and for the rest, they ask me to contact my local police in London. I went back to my credit card company, and mentionned to them that i would file a report against them, knowing that i was insured against any fraudulent transactions. they asked me to wait for 45 days.

They only got back to me today, 03/12/2008, since january, to tell me that they will refund me, but they don't know from when...Which is weird, knowing that in my dispute form, i said from August 2007, and they have records of every transaction made with my credit card. I'm still waiting for them to get back to me
