Complaint Review: Pay Pal

I do Ebay for a living since my husband has been out of work. Pay pal has not only taken all three my accounts and froze them, so to speak, they will not refund my money that is in the account. If you would be so kind to send me your complaints, I am going to my lawyer today and file a law suit against them for fraud and slander.

I had two clients that didn't like my disclaimer, so they filed a non receipt complaint against me. In the one case, she received her items and still filed one, because she couldn't afford to pay that much after words, so she got her money back. Pay pal had all my suppliers statements, didn't matter, she was right.

In the second case, I started charging a restock fee because of all the people who decided at the last minute to not pay. Got tired of it, so this other person decided at the last minute to not pay. I kept her $100 to resell the items, that would have sold numerous times but I kept them for her with promise to pay. Pay pal has taken her side again.

I done some research, found out they have had 2465 complaints against them and all seem to be their fault. I also asked my lawyer, who tells me what they do is illegal because they are taking one side and using it, instead of all sides and figuring out a solution. So, by taking the buyer's side, it's considered slanderous to the seller because they are making us out to be a fraud and they have no clue what the situation even is.

So, I have given them 24 hours to send my money to my bank or I will process the case against them. I used to live in Nebraska, I know who to talk to and how to get action. If you want to help me with the case, just send me an email, I will hand it over to my lawyer today. I am also going to put this in the newspaper about them and online, I have had it, done with it and ending it today.

I am sure the attorney general would like to see this too.
