Hello. I sent some money as a birthday gift to a friend around August 2002. My friend does not have a credit card and wats nothing to do with PayPal. Paypal has promised to fix the situation, but to this data has done nothing. #1 I have provided them with an e-mail from my friend. #2 I have called on at least 3 seperate occasions. #3

I have sent then an certified letter stating that technically they are in fact guilt of embezzlement and have not followed the procedures on their own site. #4 I have complained ot the better business bureau and was assigned a "specialist", Ms Heather Johnson. #4 Up until this data Ms Johnson has sent me two e-mail promising to look into it, but has not fixed the situation.

PayPal is leaving me no recourse but to seek a judgement against them in small claims court where I have much more than theneeded amount of evidence, I didn;t want to pay a $50 filing fee to recieve my $50 back, but appreantly, PayPal uses this scheme as a way to increase theor profits and they leave me no choice.

I would strongly advise AGAINST doing business with PayPal!
