pay pal pay pal gave a refund on a dispute and let me get ripped off even when i showed proof Internet
pay pal ripped me off and thru a dispute where i provided solid proof of delivery of the item gave the guy his moneybecause he said he didnt get the item, i have ups proof with a signature and their people didnt even investigate it..i appealed and showed more proof even with a copy of the signature and they screwed me out of my money, have sent several e-mails with no response! pay pal is bad buisness
