I had recently had a paypal account which I was using for transactions. I was the middleman in the middle of the buyer and the merchandiser. The buyer from FT Lauderdale, FL purchased 10 computers changed his order 6 times. I finalized his order and sent it to the merchndiser so I would not have to ship. Paypal had refunded the money to the buyer when the merchandiser stated that he had sent it and i had the bill of laden.

I strongly suggest that everyone close ther paypal accounts and go to alertpay it is quicker safer and you have less headaches because once a merchant staement is sent to Alertpay and it shows sent by trucking companies Alert pay does not refund to buyer unless of course there is no proof. Paypal does not look out for the buyer they need to be closed down ASAP

"merchandiser stated that he had sent it"

What is "it"? The merchandise?

Did the buyer request a refund after the merchandise was received?

"bill of laden" What's that? There is something known as The Bill of Lading. The BOL is proof that the shipper has the merchandise but is not proof of delivery to the customer.
