Dear Manager,

Paychex is not paying my claims. They deducted money from my pay checks. My company changed the plans. They suppose to either return the deducted money from my pay check or honor my FSAclaims. They are rejecting because I had to claim with 90 days. They didn't even send me a letter.

They sent me only one letter that is on 26th Aug 2011, that I have to claim with in 90 days, but my plan ended in Feb 28th.  That means I have to claim before 31st May 2011, which is meaning less because they sent me the letter on 26th Aug 2011.

I faxed them several times all my claims, they didn't even responded. They didn't paid my claims, which they deducted from my pay check or not even returning to my paycheck.

This is nothing but cheating the employee/customer, sending the letter after their deadline period and rejecting the claim to pay which has been deducted from my pay check.

As per the government rules I have until March 31st 2012, to claim previous year FSA claims.They didn't paid my claims, which they deducted from my pay check or not even returning to my paycheck.
