I had a problem with customer service at paycom.net. they won't refund me. i never authorized the memebership i only wanted the 3 day trial. they new that. i cancelled. i still got charged. this is wrong and i want my money back 39.95 and the overdraft fee they caused with my bank 28.00 dollars

I realize it has been quit some time, since you submitted this Report. Just wanted to recommend, you no longer use your Debit Card for online businesses. Your credit card is safer, and you can change the account number faster, to block unauthorized charges.
This is a major billing company. If you haven't run into them again, you just might. This is why I wanted you to keep this information on record:
