I have a few tips for people who find Paycom.net showing up on their credit card/bank statements.

1. You have been signed up for an internet membership (it could be fraudulent). The phone number is listed after the charge so call them and find out what you are being billed for.

2. If you signed up for a trial membership, you may not have read the terms and conditions. Please read those. They do state that all trials need to be cancelled within the trial period. Otherwise, they will convert to the full membership rate and continue to bill every one month until cancelled.

3. Consider that every time that you use your credit card or bank information via the internet, it may be viewed by a third party. You may be a victim of credit card fraud that much easier. Paycom.net works closely with law enforcement and with customers so take care of fraud quickly and efficiently.

4. Be nice if you do call Paycom.net. Paycom.net is not the one who stole from you if this is fraud. I used to work for them. It's a great company to work for. But it's hard to help people when they are verbally abusive with you. So calm down, and they'll help as best as they can.

5. If it's adult entertainment that was signed up for, and you know that you didn't sign up. Think hard.. Do you have any children under the age of 25 living in your household, or roommates. It's amazing what people will do when they think it's just a 'free' membership and they don't read the terms. Keep all your credit card information locked away. You never know.

You can also contact a customer service rep via email at billing@billingsupport.com. It may take up to 24 hours to respond. But don't worry, if they get it, they'll write back. If you don't hear anything by 72 hours... just call. They are open 24 hours 7 days a week.

I hope this helps some of you.
