As the COBRA administrator, Paycom sent out a sign up letter stating the amounts due (cumulative amounts) well into the future - leading one to believe that you had several months into the future to make the payments - providing you paid the entire amount due by whichever date you selected. After signing up for COBRA they changed it to where all amounts had to be received by the end of the month - no grace period and no notification that their first letter was not accurate in the timing for making payments. As a result my COBRA insurance was canceled without proper notification that the terms had changed. They are unwilling to talk to you to try to work out any corrections or compromises.
