I've been charged $34.95 at least twice now. I don't know who paycom net 800 893 8 ca is and I'd like to know why they are taking my money.

Call Paycom:
Phone: 800-893-8871
AND call your credit card company, dispute the charges. Your bank will flag the charges, you do not have to pay them until the bank finishes to investigate the dispute. (Usually 30-60 days.)
If they charged your bank account, go to your bank, report the unathurorized charges. They will give you a form to fill out, you cannot do it over the phone.
