STAY AWAY FROM PAYDAY LOAN USA!

PayDay Loan USA fraudulently debited $400.00 from my bank account this month. I do not know how they got my banking information. When I called to ask questions, the first representative hung up on me. I called back to speak with someone else and was able to get information. They claimed that I took out a Pay Day loan in April and they were looking to collect on it. I asked how they got my new banking information and she stated "we acquired it online". If I'm not mistaken, this is illegal. I do not recall if I took out a loan with this company, but it is unlikely since I have been unemployed. In any event, the $400.00 was not authorized and they fraudulently acquired my information from an online source. My bank is trying to dispute the charges, but said it could be difficult if they have acquired the right information. I also notified the the BBB of their fraud based actions. I think I foresee a Class Action Lawsuit in the future.

I'm sure they go by other names and business identities, but they are so well grounded in the online community, that it's difficult to find.
