Payday Mobility giving my name to companies and charging my bank account for services that i did not ask for and large finance charges Internet
I borrowed money from this lender in October 2012. They told me that i would be charged a 150.00 charge for the first month. My checking account was charged 150.00 plus money on the principal balance. Evidently, they started giving my checking account information to other lender because starting on November 5th, 2012, i started having some weird withdrawals from my checking account for different type of loans for application fees. I have contacted my bank and several of these companies trying to retrieve my money only to be told there is nothing that they can do about it. Was even told by my bank that the only thing could be done was to close my account out and start over. I did not have any weird activity on account until i borrowed money from this company. I borrowed 500.00 in october because of an emergency and to this day i am still paying on the loan. they hold out 119.00 every two weeks out of my checking account. The finance charges are horendous meaning i will have paid them 2800.00 for 500.00. I want this investigated because i feel like i have been ripped off especially since November, 2012 when 30.00 a month, (180.00 total to date ) was taken also.
