A Total Scam
An Organized Crime Racket at best.

Please don't pay this company a single dime of that $98.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE) start-up fee or you have been thoroughly of what it is that they actually do or you will be sorry.  Payday Support Center is no debt settlement service provider like they would have you to believe, but rather a "call center" staffed with individuals standing by to take your call and money for services that does absolutely nothing to settle payday loans.

The representative that I initially spoke with (Whitney) lead me to believe that PSC was a service that would contact my payday loan providers to negotiate and settle my loans for about 1/2 of what I owed (about $640.00 between two companies).  With that being said I agreed to the $98.00 start up fee to begin service.  I also agreed on two additional drafts from my checking account of approximately $160.00 over the next two months.  Only after I signed electronically and agreed to pay the $98.00 did PSC send information on who they really were and the useless service that they were to provide me for my investment of over $400.00.

Please don't be fooled, PSC is no more than a racket designed to take your money and deliver nothing but a bunch of runaround because they are banking on the fact that you didn't research them before contacting them.  All they do is offer sketchy advice that they cant even back up.  The advice is collectively pulled together from different sources on the internet and then sold to you for $98.00 in the form of an information or "Welcome" packet.

PSC is in business to provide referrals to other businesses that May Possibly be of help if your loan terms are not legal or the interest is more than what the law allows.  All PSC will do is get you to stop payment on any automatic drafts being made by your creditors in the future so that PSC can make sure that the money is there waiting on them to draft from your account each time that you get paid.

Their so called affiliate partner "Infinity" (which is the same company that uses a different name but sit under the same roof in Alabama no doubt) doesn't work to settle the debt either.  They simply "Validate" your existing loans and supposedly work to determine if your loans are legitimate or not.  This "debt validation process" supposedly takes about a month or two to complete.

Usually it's done just in time for PSC to draft their next payment from your bank account.  If the loans you received are in fact legitimate (in most every situation they are), then that's where the buck stops and the money that you have paid in is lost as they "offer no guarantees" on anything but drafting money from your account and you guessed it, it's nonrefundable.

So after the ride that they have taken you on is over and you are left with your original debt,  can option to then be referred to yet another affiliate.  The affiliated company has their own set of fees that must be paid to aid you in the matter of settling the debts.  Debts that are now seriously delinquent because all the while you were under the impression that these clowns were taking your monthly installments and working to settle with your payday lenders.  WHO REALLY NEEDS THIS SERVICE when 99% of the payday loan companies are operating within the confines of the governing laws that are in place to protect the consumer?

The process of the entire scam is designed to be carried out through the course of several months. When you finally realize that you are indeed a victim of scam and you still have the original debt that you started with there is nothing you can do but count your losses.  They don't disclose the facts of this "so called" service that they provide until you pay the $98.00 start-up fee (which they also fail to tell you is non-refundable).

After the draft from your account has cleared their bank then they will send you a 26 page document (WELCOME PACK) filled a bunch of gibberish that discloses a whole lot about nothing.  I imagine that these scam artist and other like them are still in business is because the "bait and switch" is not detected until it's too late.  It's true that PEOPLE DON'T TAKE THE TIME TO READ before signing but these smucks are clever enough to have you sign first and read later.

READ CAREFULLY as this is stated several times throughout the packet:

*** PAYDAY SUPPORT CENTER DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE/SERVICES OR DEBT RELIEF SERVICES
*** This document and the program in general should not be construed as PSC giving legal
advice or providing debt relief services to you or any client. WE ARE NOT LAWYERS OR A LAW FIRM OR A DEBT RELIEF FIRM. We compile publicly available information in a user friendly format, provide information on securing your account, as well as debt validation services and customer relations. All information that is provided is from publicly available sources. If you feel that you need legal advice, PLEASE CONSULT AN ATTORNEY. Referrals are available to preferred settlement partners upon request.

COMPLETELY WORTHLESS!!!

My problem is that I was mislead by the sales agent who had me to think that Payday Support Center was providing a service to negotiate and settle my debt so I authorized the charges for $98.00 by electronic signature (in which they didn't send me a copy of and have asked for multiple times with no success) before the packet was ever sent.

Beware, Payday Support Center and Infinity will continue to collect your money each month and do nothing but sit around and hope that the payday loan collection agents just give up and stop calling over a period of a few months with nothing ever being resolved.  At this point PSC are satisfied and just walk away with the cash you have paid to them without ever paying a nickle towards the loan. There are countless cases of people have been scammed and ripped off out of hundreds and maybe even thousands of $$$ before they realized what was going on and decided to take any action.

Payday Support Center was founded in 2010 and had $1.7 Million in estimated revenue in 2011 and did nothing but take phone calls and charge credit cards.  I'd like to see the numbers posted for how much money they actually helped consumers save with this "broker service".  I would be willing to bet that that number is around $00.00.  PSC helps no one but themselves by taking advantage of you while you are in a compromising situation.  I wonder what they made off of us in 2012?

This is just the tip of the iceberg for me.  I'm going to blog on every site I can find.  Yes I'm also going to report the matter to the BBB and as many other consumer report and investigative services as I can find to make certain that the general public is fully aware of Payday Support Center and other predatory companies of it's kind.

I'm not one to name drop but I'll have PSC know that I've already drafted a letter to send to a dear friend of my family.  She is a US Congresswomen whom I'm sure would love bringing some attention to the abusive practices of your company.  Just as she did with the Moving Industry last year which led to a Senate Investigation lead by Sen John D. Rockefeller.

PSC, you should start choose your battles more wisely.  It took me almost three days of repeated calls and messages to finally speak with your "Quality Assurance Manager" because no one else could handle my request for a refund and cancellation. After finally returning my call, I didn't appreciate his wise cracking remarks or careless attitude towards my concerns.

Initially, all I wanted was my $98.00 back that you scammed from me by impersonating a debt settlement firm and not disclosing the truth until after you had my money.  Now that $98.00 just simply will not due.

PEOPLE:  Negotiate terms to payback the loans on your own and stay away from this organized crime racket.

According to the BBB (who provided them with a C rating for 50 complaints over the past 12 months) this company is under review by the Attorney General.  BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning lack of complete disclosure regarding the nature of the services being provided. The company only validates payday loans. It does not consolidate, pay or contact lenders on consumers' behalf.  Consumers have reported that this company claims to be a BBB accredited business when in fact they are not.

KEEP AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

I am a representative of Payday Support Center and have just
learned of this complaint against our company. Out of tens of thousands
of clients we have very few complaints and an extremely high
satisfaction rate in assisting people in the payday loan trap they are
in. It is a vicious cycle that can cause a lot of fear and emotions. We
understand that and would welcome the opportunity to resolve any issues
you have (with our program or with the payday companies themselves)
along with anyone else enrolled in our program.  I am very troubled to
hear your allegations, but I can assure you that our program DOES work
and the majority of clients are extremely satisfied. Paying $1000's of
dollars in interest (often over 600% APR when mortgages are less than 4%
APR) is no way to live and our program will assist you if you are ready
and follow our recommendations.

If we have dropped the ball for you, please contact us directly so
that we can resolve the situation for you and make it right. We do not
want unsatisfied customers. Please contact us directly at 800-379-6148
and ask for a supervisor. We are here for you and will do anything in
our power to resolve any issues that clients have with our business.
Thank you for your time.
