Complaint Review: Payday Support Center

I was scammed out of $160 by Payday Support Center. When they 1st contacted me the representative told me that if I paid them $160 2 times a month that my debt with 4 different loan companies would be paid off in 18 months. I western unioned them the 1st $160 payment, and then was told after that what the real story was. They want you to pay a fee for them to verify that all the loan companies are legit and have licenses in your state, and if they do not then you do not have to pay back that loan. They said it would take them 4 months to do this and it is not guaranteed that this would work. In the event that they in fact were licensed then they would try to talk the companies down to a lower payment for you. So for a company who claims that they are there to help you get out of debt they are actually the ones causing you to go into further debt.  If I continued with the payments I would have been out $1200 before they told me if the loan companies are legit, then another $300-600 to tell me if they got it reduced $50 or so. Do not fall for this. They wlll not get you out of debt all they do is put you further in debt.
