Payless Car Rental Chicago International Airport Charged a cleaning fee wrongfully Chicago IL
Picked up car at 9:51pm on 8/14/2019...instructed to find the car in the lot and drive ...didnt know how to start it...no one to ask or tell it was filthy at pickup...returned it on Sunday 18th.
On Aug 30th was charged $250 cleaning fee...NO way if it smelled, it smelled when picked up. BIG SCAM!
