Customer states that when he reached the counter to pick up his car the clerk insisted to add services to his account he decline every service but when the clerk gave him his contract he notice that the total was for $350.00 and not for $290.00 that he prepaid for. The clerk was very rude and persisting in up selling. Customer left and went to a different rental business. He would like a a refund for his prepaid amount. Did explaine to customer the prepaid policy. |

Mr. Rahimov This rental agreement is still open and the prepaid amount has been applied to it. I'm showing the total amount paid for the rental is $238.36 plus a $200.00 security hold until you return the vehicle. There is no refund due on this rental agreement. Mr. RAHIMOV, When you booked your prepaid reservation, you checked the boxes that agreed you had read and understand the terms and conditions. You can visit paylesscar.com to review what you agreed to. Since you did open the contract but refused to take the car we did close the contract. Based on the terms and conditions there will be a one day charge and the unused amount will be issued as a credit that is generated on a report that will be processed withing 7-14 days. This is an automatic transaction that is processed by our accounting department. Thank you, Debbie |

You are now a victim of your own impatient nature. There are always extra fees. By leaving and not taking the car, you gave up ANY refund. I have read those T&C and it looks pretty straight forward. The issue was that you did not pay it then dispute it, which would have been the correct way. One way you would have been out ONLY $60 which you would have refunded to you, instead you are out the entire amount. Does it suck?? YUP!!! But you really dont have a leg to stand on in asking for a refund. The contract you agreed to keeps that from happening.
