Payless Decor Deceptive and illegal advertising Norcross Georgia
We purchased blinds from this company in April of this year. After exchanging several emails and phone conversations with them we were told our blinds would ship on May 5th. When they failed to ship, the order was canceled. The company then shipped the items anyway and charged our credit card. They have since provided false information to the credit card company who is now saying we need to settle this in civil court. This company advertises on their web site No Questions Asked. %100 Customer Satisfaction. In accordance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, which states How to Advertise a Satisfaction Guarantee The Guides advise that, regardless of the price of the product, advertising terms such as "satisfaction guaranteed" or "money back guarantee" should be used only if the advertiser is willing to provide full refunds to customers when, for any reason, they return the merchandise. ("Satisfaction" and "Money back" guarantees constitute an offer of a full refund for any reason.{16 C.F.R. 239.3}.) We are seeking a full refund in accordance with Federal Law.

This transaction was reviewed by the better business bureau and ruled in favor of the company. Unfortunately, this customer is only quoting half and mis-truths in an attempt to unfairly tarnish the company. Please review other shopping engines such as shopzilla if you would like to get a better picture of the quality of our service.
