Complaint Review: PAYLESS LOTION - TRINA HASTY

I ordered 2 bottles of lotion & a compact of bronzer from paylesslotion.com on June 9th, my credit card was charged the same day & I have sent several emails about my order & got a response from Trina Hasty who I thought worked for the company she said it was lost due to flooding in Indiana & I would receive updated information via email, I have not been able to get a response from anyone & there is not a phone # on the website, I was ripped off for over $80.00 I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
