Complaint Review: Payless Lotions

I ordered tanning products from this company, and have not received anything from them! I did not get an email comfirming my order, which was promised. In fact I have tried to call them constantly, all hours of the day and the number rings non stop. Never get a person or messaging response. I tried to email the web site, but get the mailer demon. It is a ficticious website. I spent alot of money for products I thought I would receive. I will let you know there is hope. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office, the Better Business Bureau, and I will file a civil claim against them. You can too. Just go to www. indianapolisconsumer.com click on file a claim. Then click on general consumer complaint. file your claim!. You can also go online and do the same with the BBB. I have spoken to the Attorney General's office they are very willing to look into this. If they receive enough complaints it will warrant an investigation, in turn can shut the site down. And can also bring criminal charges of fraud. Anyway we may not get our money back, but I am trying to get their bussiness practices aware of the departments who have authority over them. And let Payless Lotions deal with the consequences!! I am a paralegal in New Mexico and work in a law office, I will also proceed with a law suit. So if you have been ripped off by this company file your complaint, call the Att.Gen. office every week and get the ball rolling.
