I ordered lotion from this company after being surprised that s&h was $8.00. I ordered 4/15/08 and my acct. was charged 4/17/08. I have tried to contact them by e-mail and phone with no response and no way to leave a message. I have started prcoceedings with the bank to get my money back. I will make sure to check this site anytime I order something online.
