Complaint Review: PAYLESS LOTION - Trina Hasty

This site stated items would ship SAME DAY. My card was immediately charged, however two weeks had passed and nothing arrived. I contacted the site and received a response and they said my merchandise would ship out in about a month. I cancelled my order at this time and am still awaiting my credit to be issued. I contacted Trina after a month had passed and she told me she forgot about it but would credit me asap. NEVER HAPPENED. I have no merchandise, and have no credit. She has stopped responding to my emails.
