payloadz PayPal I paid through PayPal for downloadabe E-Book and never received material Internet, Internet
I purchased a 29.99 downloadable E-Book through PayPal from a company payloadz.com, I never received the materials and they don't have a number that is in working order. The one that is listed on the page is no longer in order, PayPal really is not doing follow-ups on companies they are backing and the consumer is getting ripped off on both sides. I will be cancelling the order through my bank ASAP and no longer going through PayPal.
