First off they tell you there is no contract but once you sign up with them you find out there is a contract! LIARS! SCAM ARTISTS! But most of all they dont care if you are the customer or not its all about the money for them! They dont care if you close your business or if you die for that matter. I called in and tried to work with them and they put their so called supervisor on the phone who hardly spoke english, and was probable the ruddest person I have ever spoken to! Further more, If you are a business owner I would defiently recommend staying far far away from this company, unless trust and customer service doens't matter to you. Thanks for reading this and I hope I atlease save a few customers from deciding to use this company for their merchant service provider.

Payment Alliance International is a Client focused organization. Our company values are to provide our Clients with products and services specific to their payment needs.

PAI's Sales and Service employees strive to ensure that when our clients are presented with the payment products, the pricing and terms and conditions, as well as the ongoing Customer Service expectations - which is to assist the Customer and resolve issues in a timely manor.

This compliant is unfortunate in that we do not have any information to contact this customer. We take complaints very seriously. We do not know the clients business name or information to contact him to try to resolve the issue. If we an issue with lack of proper information being delivered as stated in this complaint, we would like to respond and resolve the issues.
