Complaint Review: Payment Services International

I received a notice from Payment Services International stating that they needed authorization to release a package I had won. This was supposed to be a divisional cash prize of unstated value. Thet had assigned a Release code that I was supposed to write on a return form. I was to send it in a preaddressed envelope with $10 to release the package. Since there was a monetary request I checked the internet for  the chance of a scam. It was!! I'm filing this so people know they are at it again.
