Payment Systems Carlsbad is a fraud and a ripoff for sure. They had a representitive misinform me of the fees. Encinitas, California
About two months ago a "nice gentleman" came in to my hair salon offering to help me save money on my credit card transaction fees. After checking my statement, he told me he would be able to save me at least $100 a month and that was including the new machine rental. I am now paying at least $200 more a month including the machine rental. I checked my monthly statement and realized that the rate I was promised was not there. Instead the rate is almost double what I was told. I am outraged at how they can lie to a customer to get their business and than disregard what they promised. I am writing a letter to my attorney general and I am going to let them know what liars and cheaters this company is. Some of my transactions don't even go through and they say I'm not being charged but obviously I am. I have a signed contract from the representative promising me a lower rate. They did not follow the contract. They will be lucky if I don't get a lawyer and sue their business. I am completely and utterly outraged with the way they do business. I suggest other victims of this company file a complaint and lets get this fraudulant company out of business.

I checked the CA secretary of state and they are not listed so either they are a foreign company, another state or a subsidary, but for who I don't have a clue. On the S of S website there is a way to file a complaint of fraud documenting your contract and bills to show the discrepancy. That might be the cheapest way to approach this since POS companies are the dredges of society praying on the ignorance of small businesses. Don't give up and make the a__holes pay for their deceit.
