Complaint Review: Payment Systems Corporation

Payment Systems Corporation Payment Systems Carlsbad Threatening, Abusive, Harrassment Internet

I was contacted by a Payment Systems Corp. telemarketer last year and was verbally abused threatened, and called offensive names etc. The telemarketer called back after our conversation just to threaten me. I told him that i would tell one of his managers what had happened and he laughed and said good luck since he was calling from a 5 digit number and that there was no way that I could trace his call.

Well, I did. I filed a police report with the San Diego Sherriffs Dept. and contacted on of Payment Systems Corp. managers to let them know what had happened. She told me that she had tracked the call and that that employee had been terminated. I thought that was the end of their calls. Was I ever wrong about that.

I have continued to receive calls from Payment Systems Corp. telemarketers now for the past year and every time I tell them to take me off the list (even though I ahd already given them my numbers and should not be on their list) I received the same treatment and was hung up on or laughed at and hanged up on. A year later the harassment continues.

I wrote them a letter threatening to sue and all the did was forward it to their lawyer and now he said that he would threaten to counter sue me for malicious prosecution since he must believe I am making all this up.

#3UPDATE EX-employee responds

I worked for a while for Payment Systems as an independent contractor.  I received about 3 hours of training and then
went out and sold.  Every customer I sold to was dissatisfied.  I sold based on the training I was given and everyone I sold to had a higher fees plus a ridiculous rental agreement.  Contact the Attorney General of California.  If enough businesses do hopefully they will be shut down and fined.  I believe their Dallas office is done.  The BBB has stopped accepting complaints since the company has not responded to the last 82 of them.  This company is a flat out scam.  To any current employees, you would be doing less harm to just steal the 200 to 500 directly from the business owner to match your commission than trying to sell a contract that will cost them thousands.
