I too was taken by this company, as I have now read from other victims reports. I was solicited by a rep from payment systems. His thing was that he could save me money by signing with their company. When he proposed leasing equiptmentto me, I wasnt interested. But it had to be set up that way in order to get the low 1% discount rate for 48 months!

Altogether, I was convinced since I had been in business for more than 20 years, 4 years wasnt too long to stay with  the same company (if they adhered to the rules of the contract!). In the beginning, Payment Systems charged me erroneously intermittent, but gave my money back. Into the second year with this company they start charging fees that were zeroon my contract. After talking to a supervisor they couldnt refund my money. They often didnt have an excuse for these new charges.  

I thought I would goto another processor to only find that my leased equiptment had to be fulfilled by staying with the lease or buying out the equiptment. The equiptment contract is for $4500.00 eventhough the unit only cost $600.00 brand new! The machine I was given was used and I was told to buy insurance. So, this scheme is set up to lock a company into a contract that they later start taking fees out of your banking account and you cant stop it but only to close your account but one would be stuck with a non cancellable lease. This wasnt something I saw coming. They set it up as a legal scheme.

I would love to know what some of the other victims did with this company. This is so disturbing, as a business operator we have to follow the rules to operate and to see a company just cruising it as they steal other hard earned money from legitimate operators. It is pathetic that this company has so many complaints and is steal operating??? I would love to know who to contact to help defuse this faulty company. I would be willing to put some of my hard earned money to stop them.
