Payment Systems Merchant Processing Solutions, llc They stole our money and wont give it back! Los Angeles, California
On August 17th we noticed we had not recieved any deposit for the 12th, to the the 17th, we called and were told to contact our bank, which we did. Our bank said that had received no batches from them. So we called Payment Systems (PS) back and they said that someone in their office transposed some numbers and that they would find out when they will get money to us. Well after alot of one way communication on our part, with no resolve, we still have no money in our account a month later! I have been in contact with their attorney who says they are working on it, but the guy who got our money took it out and until he has enough in his account, we are screwed. A police report has been filed in Southbend In, by PS and I have filed one here with my local police dept againest PS. So we are talking alot of money for our shop, no deposits for 8 days and it was a busy week. Then to add insult to injury they took another $552.88 last week for what we dont know. I need to find an attorney that will work on a percentage to help me with this. Iam so stressed out over this, we need that money, it is our money. They dont care.
