Paymentsystems Greg Deel - phone 619-961-7981 came to my store on 8/12/13. He promise me to do Merchant services for my store. He promise to give me FREE Machine with a $99.00 a month processing Fee pay through his co. (paymentsystems) 2 weeks came by there is a Third Party lease equipment $113 a month for 4 years contract - noncancellation (Lease Finance Group LLC). I called the rep and He ignore the conversation we made. He said that is the way they made money because their processing is very cheap. I am stucked with the equipment lease every month, $113 a month. I put stop into it and now they charged me $150.00 a months. If I don't pay they will send it to collection agency. I lost my job in 2011 and cannot find any job. Working a temp for 2 to 3 weeks or couple month. May 2013 I decide to purchase a liquor store. I down 25% and loan for the 75% plus owner fianance for $90,000 inventories. I begin operate on July 1, 2013. I do have merchant processing to process credit/Debit. On August 12, 2013 a sales representative from PAYMENTSYSTEMS CORPORATION came to the store (Greg Deel - phone 619-961-7981 greg.deel@yahoo.com) He promise me to lower my processing fee if I enroll with his company (Paymentsystem Corp) He promise to give me FREE equipments (a credit card machine plus 2 pin pads-one to use with his machine and another for my current machine) His company charge $99 a month fee for processing. His company charge $.09 per debit transaction. He promise that after 30 days if I don't like his company processing I can call him and cancel it without any fee. A week later one of the credit card machine and a pin pad came. He came and installed the machine. I told his that only one pin pad and a week later the other pin pad came.
About 2 to 3 weeks there was a letter came from the Lease Finance Group LLC (65 East Wacker Place Suite 510, Chicago, IL 60601 Phone: 866-781-0440) came. I looked at it and it is very suprise me. I am immediatly call the sale representative (Greg Deel - 619-961-7981) What his answer is that the way they make their profit. Their processing fee is so cheap. It is a package deal. We argued back and ford but no result. He said other clients are so happy with his company why not me. I decided to call his company directly and talk to a customer representative about the equipments lease. She said the contract is not part of their company, I have to call the leasing company directly. She will have uper manager call me about their merchant services. After finished the call, I call the equipment leasing company, a customer representative said that is the lease I signed, the contract paper is non-cancellable I have the obligation to it for 4 years. If I want to get out I have to pay for all at one time.
A day later one of he person from Paymentsystem Corporation called. I menioned the problem with their sale representative, what his promise and I never agree with the equipment lease. I told his to cancel to merchant services. He said the equipment lease is a third party so he can not do any thing. the Merchant services will be refer to Sales department. He did not cancel the Merchant service. Since that time no one call me or e-mail me about the merchant services. October 22, I called the PaymentSystems again and a customer representative will e-mail to upper manager to return my call but no one return as today. I called them today, November 4, 2013 and talk to Irna - she will call me today. I decide to check to see there any complain against this company and I see Ripoff report so I would like to join into this legal process. I wish this website is not scam but help bring crimenal to the legal justice.
