Payoneer Payoneer Closed my account and froze my funds permanently New York New York

I am Freelancer since 2018 and I was saving all my money in my Payoneer account. At the time of closure of my account I had 16,015.15 GBP and $806.30 in my account.

On June 13, 2022, Payoneer blocked my account and disabled me from accessing my funds (I have email proof).

On June 14, 2022, and June 16, 2022, I contacted Payoneer and I was told that my funds are frozen for 6 months (I have email proof).

On July 06, 2022, Payoneer emailed me that my account is closed permanently (I have email proof).

On July 19, 2022, Payoneer Customer care department emailed me that my funds are frozen indefinitely (I have email proof).

Since June 13, 2022, I have contacted Payoneer through live chat, email, Twitter, messenger, live calls, Payoneer didn't respond me properly on calls and always moved me in useless loops and wasted my time.

I have tried so much to come to an agreement with Payoneer so that I get my funds back but Payoneer is scamming me and not allowing me to withdraw my hard-earned money.

I belong to a poor family and my mother is sick, I am unable to bear a loss of losing all my money but Payoneer is not understanding my situation. I need my money back.

Below text (copied from section 23.2 and section 16.6 of Payoneer's Terms and Conditions) clearly states that Payoneer can not hold funds permanently:

23.2      Together with a termination notice or at any time thereafter we may give you instructions on how to withdraw remaining funds.

16.6      We may close, suspend, or limit your access to your use of the Payoneer Services and/or limit access to your funds for up to 180 days (or longer if pursuant to a court order or other legal process) if you violate these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement you enter into with Payoneer, or pursuant to any proprietary fraud and risk modeling used by Payoneer when assessing the risk associated with your use of the Payoneer Services. We may also limit your access to funds per the instructions of law enforcement or our regulators.

I hope I will get my money back soon with the help of ripoff report.

I contacted Payoneer today but they denied to talk to me on call two times. I have a final response from the Payoneer which states that my funds are frozen indefinitely. I hope that the email screenshot will be accepted as Final Response Letter as Payoneer won't provide assistance as they never did in the last 5 weeks.
