paypal australia PAYPAL REVERSED PAYMENT WITHOUT BUYERS OR MY CONSENT AND THEN LIED 4 TIMES, Internet

I sold a table through ebay.com.au payment was received table sent feedback left all good transaction was over.2weeks and 1 day later payment was reversed.I called paypal and explained that it was sent via  courier  and i didnt have receipt and was told that thats ok if buyer is happy with purchase then it would be put back into my account(first lie).I waited for 10 days and thought of calling buyer.He insisted that this was reversed by paypal and was from paypal credit(from stuff he sold on ebay).

Next day turned up to shipping address which was a shop and asked him to call paypal.The paypal representative was rude and vague stating that paypal could hold or reverse payments without a valid explanation.I had planned a 2 week vacation and was shore that the both me and buyer stating that item was sent would have money reversed.It wasnt and my account was 320 dollars in the red

Every email i get asking for any information i have vague lies,which state simply without reciept payment will not be reversed.To me it seems after my first phone call which i explained i didnt have receipt they used that and lied to me.Why should i have to provide a middle payment company any information about any transaction without a valid reason.So i lost table and owe a pty ltd not a bank but can do what we want when we want with your money company
