Paypal.com ripoff never respond customer's emails, chargeback without notice paypal.com California
Paypal is a dishonest company. I received a payment for the item I sold on ebay through paypal two weeks ago. And then the payment status was "completed" which, according to paypal, meant the payment had been deposit to my account. Therefore, I shipped the item to the buyer. A week later, I saw the payment status was changed to "Held", which meant the payment from the buyer was held by paypal. They changed the status without informing me. If I had not checked my account, I would have had no time to argue with them. I've sent them several email asking for the change but they have never responded although they promised to respond customer's inquiry in up to 2 days.
